This program offers coursework leading to a Master of Art in Teaching (MAT) degree and teacher certification in elementary education, secondary education, or special education - mild/moderate. This program offers traditional semester-long courses at night, on weekends, in hybrid formats (blend of face-to-face and online), and online. Approved MAT areas for certification: Elementary (Grades 1-5) Secondary (Grades 6-12) Content areas: Agriculture Biology Business Chemistry English Environmental Science Family & Consumer Science French Latin Mathematics Social Studies Spanish Speech Special Education - Mild/Moderate (Grades 1-12)
