Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)

Thank you for your interest in McNeese State University's Master of Arts in Teaching degree program.

TeachSWLA offers the opportunity to get your Master’s degree while teaching and earning teacher certification.

This program offers coursework leading to a Master of Art in Teaching degree and teacher certification in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, or Mild/Moderate Special Education. This program offers traditional semester-long courses at night.
